Placing an order
I haven’t received any emails relating to my order
Sometimes, with certain email providers, our emails can get lost in the spam folders. We suggest you check your ‘junk folder’. If you can’t find our emails in your spam folders, there’s no need to worry – you will receive correspondence from the delivery service via a text message. However, if you would like an order confirmation in this scenario, please contact Customer Services.
Will you be getting any more stock of a certain style?
All of our stock is placed on the website; any extra stock is dictated by returns – and we can’t tell in advance about whether a previously sold item will be returned. Our advice is to buy it as soon as you see it!
Can I amend my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to amend your order once it has been placed, as we start processing it straight away. However, if you wish to return any items, you can find out how to do so below.
How do I use a discount code?
Discount codes are applied at the shopping basket stage by selecting discount codes and vouchers. Only one code can be used per transaction. Make sure you do this before placing your order - promotion codes cannot be applied afterwards.

Please contact us and we will cancel the order. You will then need to place a new order for the correct size.
