The clocks have changed, spring has sprung and we are ready to embrace the new! This week is a good one, from tomorrow

we return to the rule of 6, we can welcome another household into our garden, it's Easter and we finish off with a lovely long

weekend! The world feels fresh and hopeful! Here are some of our favourite things for the weeks ahead!

Slow-cooked with honey and pomegranate, this is the perfect lamb dish to serve outside in the garden as you serve it in

wraps. It looks as good as it tastes, I always think the pomegranate pieces look like little jewels giving it such a special and regal feel.

Welcome guests with a nice cool ice tea. For something special, we adore this Bourbon iced tea, one of Gwyneth Paltrow’s favourites.
