UK Delivery with DPD

We use DPD for all mainland UK deliveries and DHL for Northern Ireland deliveries. You can check the status of your order by clicking here and using the tracking number provided when your order has been shipped.

Please note all delivery times exclude Public/Bank Holidays.

 

Delivery Method Cost
Standard Delivery (2-5 working days) For Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, delivery can take up to 7 working days. £3.95
Express Delivery (1 working day placed before 2pm Monday-Friday (Excludes weekends, Bank Holidays, Scottish Highlands & Islands*) £7.95
Saturday Delivery (Order must be placed before 2pm Friday (Excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands) £10.95

 

Saturday delivery is only available for orders placed before 2pm on Friday (excludes Bank Holidays). UK Express delivery orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered next working day. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday, or on a weekend/Bank Holiday, will be delivered in 2 working days. 

 

All orders have to be signed for. If you enter your mobile number when checking out, DPD will send a text message advising the shipment is out for delivery and offering a 1 hour window so you do not have to wait all day for the shipment. You can also reply to this text with delivery preferences, including delivery to a neighbour, delivery to a shop, or next day delivery instead.
If we are unable to deliver your parcel on the first attempted delivery, the courier will leave a card at your address with the options to re-arrange delivery or for the shipment to be delivered to a DPD service point near to you.
The courier will attempt to contact you to deliver the parcel on three separate occasions, and if the parcel is still not signed for by that stage, it will be returned to our distribution centre and your credit/debit card refunded. Once we have received your order back into the distribution centre the refund process will begin.
Please note Saturday Delivery is not available for the following UK post codes and all other estimated delivery times (Standard & Express) will be extended by 24 hours - AB31 - AB35. AB41 - AB54. International Delivery with DHL, FedEx & Royal Mail

Delivery times vary by location and the delivery method selected at checkout. Please note average delivery times:

  • EUROPE STANDARD DELIVERY (cost calculated at checkout): between 3–8 business days* (depending on location)
  • REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY (cost calculated at checkout): between 4–9 business days* (depending on location)

If your order is lost in transit, we reserve the right to investigate before we offer to replace or refund.
