Now that we’re well and truly underway with this year’s Olympics, here are the athletes who have caught our eye this Games…

Andy Murray

After having a flag struggle at the Team GB photoshoot trying not to cover up Princess Anne’s face with the Union Jack, our Olympic flag bearer will be getting ready as we speak to try and take that second gold medal for Team GB.

Simone Biles

At only 19, Biles has managed to take 10 World Championship titles since 2013 and continued her success at Rio to take all-round gold. Known to perform moves which most gymnasts would not even dare to attempt, we’re blown away (and also very impressed at all that sparkle!)

Tom Daley

Just because he’s adorable! Here he is with diving partner Dan Goodfellow winning bronze, we’re looking forward to Tom’s individual performance next week!

That’s if he’s not too put off by what happened to the Olympic diving pool...
