These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this Website. When you access this website and/or place an order you agree to our terms and conditions. You can place an order by completing the following

2, By telephoning our Customer Services helpline.




We accept payment from the following: Visa; Visa Delta / Electron, MasterCard and PayPal.

We use Retail Merchant Services, a payment service provider, to process any credit/debit transactions you may make on our behalf. When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your payment transaction details. You are responsible for ensuring the e-mail address and other contact details you provide to us are correct.

We will not be responsible if you do not receive the Dispatch Note, email or other confirmation from us where the details you have supplied are incorrect or in the event of communication failure outside our control.

Shubette of London Ltd are responsible for the website transaction. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Your card details are transferred using SSL.



Cancelling an order

You have a right to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel your order before we have dispatched it from our distribution centre, please contact us as soon as possible on 020 8438 2018 or by email at customerservices@ginabacconi.com and you will be issued a full refund.

However If your order has already left our distribution centre then unfortunately it is not possible to cancel it at this stage. Instead, once your order has arrived simply follow the returns instructions enclosed and when we have received your goods you will be issued with a refund minus the postage cost.




We use DPD for all mainland UK deliveries. You can check the status of your order at www.dpd.co.uk, using the tracking number provided when your order has been shipped.

We use DHL for international and non-mainland UK deliveries. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union excludes any customs or other import charges which are the responsibility of the purchaser. You can check the status of your order at www.dhl.com, using the order number provided when you placed your order.

Please note all delivery times exclude Public/Bank Holidays.

 Saturday delivery is only available for orders placed before 2pm on Friday (excludes Bank Holidays). UK Express delivery orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered next working day. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday, or on a weekend/Bank Holiday, will be delivered in 2 working days.

All orders have to be signed for. If you enter your mobile number when checking out, DPD will send a text message advising the shipment is out for delivery and offering a 1 hour window so you do not have to wait all day for the shipment. You can also reply to this text with delivery preferences, including delivery to a neighbour, delivery to a shop, or next day delivery instead.

If we are unable to deliver your parcel on the first attempted delivery, the courier will leave a card at your address with the options to re-arrange delivery or for the shipment to be delivered to a DPD service point near to you.

The courier will attempt to contact you to deliver the parcel on three separate occasions, and if the parcel is still not signed for by that stage, it will be returned to our distribution centre and your credit/debit card refunded. Once we have received your order back into the distribution centre the refund process will begin.

Please note Saturday Delivery is not available for the following post codes and all other estimated delivery times (Standard & Express) will be extended by 24 hours - AB31 - AB35. AB41 - AB54. If your order is lost in transit we reserve the right to investigate before we offer to replace or refund.



Returning Goods (Return Policy)

 We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything purchased online from Gina Bacconi we will be happy to refund an item, provided it is in an unused and re-saleable condition with original tickets attached. You can return items within 28 days of receipt, including sale items. All returned items are quality-checked; any returned items failing this check will be returned to the customer, and no refund or credit will be given. 

Should you purchase multiple items in any order, and choose to return them in more than one shipment, only the first return on any order will be free of charge (using the returns label supplied). Any and all subsequent return shipments will be at your own cost. These will need to be sent by tracked post for insurance purposes. Please note we cannot issue refunds unless and until items have been received by Gina Bacconi at Shubette House, 2 Apsley Way, London NW2 7HF.

We will refund your original method of payment within 14 days of returned items being received – if you experience longer delays receiving a refund, in the first instance it may be worth checking with your issuing bank. However, if you have not received a credit within 28 days, please get in touch with us at customerservices@ginabacconi.com.

Mainland UK (England, Wales & mainland Scotland only)

We offer a free return service in Mainland UK (subject to the conditions in "Returns Policy" above). In order to process your return quickly and efficiently you must complete the return form on the back of your delivery note included in the package. Write your order number on the DPD adhesive label that was included with your purchase. Peel it off and stick it on the parcel, removing or covering old labels. Then visit www.dpd.co.uk/pickuplocator to find your nearest Pickup shop, and simply drop off your parcel. You’ll be given a receipt so you can track it. If you add your mobile number when you drop off your parcel, DPD will text you when your parcel is returned to us. Please note this is a voluntary free return option, Gina Bacconi does not guarantee any drop off shops to be close in proximity. If you feel your closest drop off shop is too far we advise you use an alternative delivery method, however this will be at your own cost.

Non mainland UK (Europe, Rest of World and Rest of United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Scottish highland and Islands)

In order to process your return quickly and efficiently you must complete the return form on the back of your delivery note included in the package and return with the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We recommend that you use a trackable service. Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. All returns should go to the below address:

Returns process - to a Gina Bacconi stockist

 Please note that online purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded at any Gina Bacconi concession, independent stockist, or sale outlet store.




If you would like to exchange a product, please place a subsequent order for the new product and return the original product as per our returns procedure outlined above. When we have received your goods you will be issued with a refund. 



Once a return is received it can take upto 7 working days to process then a further 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your bank statement. Please note we do not refund the original shipping cost. However if the item is proven to be faulty or you notify us within 14 days that you wish to cancel the order, you will be refunded in full including shipping minus our cost of returning the goods back to us. This is £5.00.



Promotional Codes

From time to time promotional codes may be available to be redeemed on the Gina Bacconi website. Please check that you are eligible to use the promotional code, and that the code has not expired. Promotional codes are non-transferable or assignable and have a cash value of GBP 0.001. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Promotional vouchers cannot be used retrospectively, i.e. applied to orders already placed with us. Gina Bacconi reserves the right to cancel promotional codes at any time.
